The transition to working from home was quite unique for MBP. We knew we wanted to keep creating, so we managed to take our production process fully-remote.
We do miss being in the office with the team — easily talking through upcoming projects, and bouncing off each other’s energy and ideas. There’s the social side, too. The MBPeeps are a tight-knit group who love a bit of banter and blasting our tunes throughout the building. And of course, being with clients. It’s always a pleasure to welcome them to MBP HQ, going for a wee coffee, and our favourite, productions.
While ‘normal’ productions are being re-introduced, we want to continue to safely support the creative industries by giving our clients the option for a remote production. Take a wee look at what the team have been creating in our remote studio.
Our first production during lockdown was a television and social advert with Family Communications for Finnebrogue Artisan. We managed to securely live-stream the production to the clients, which allows for unique collaboration and full visibility.
We’ve had a range of film and photography productions over lockdown from our remote studio — from television adverts to promotional social photography.
On top of following government guidelines, we’ve implemented our own safety measures. We designed our remote studio to work with reduced crew members whilst maintaining social distance. Along with sanitising all surfaces & equipment before & after shoots, we provide the on-site team with face masks & gloves.
Our remote studio has opened opportunities for creativity in more ways than simply creating content. It’s where collaboration, innovation and communication meet. We are so grateful for our amazing clients and epic team for their hard work, commitment and enthusiasm as we transitioned to a fully-remote production process.
